Your future should not be left to guesswork.
Immigration decisions affect families, careers and futures. We provide clear advice, careful preparation and determined representation at every stage.
How we can help
Faraj Law advises across Immigration Law, from protection claims and entry clearance applications through to appeals. Every case turns on its own facts, so we begin by understanding your circumstances, objectives and any deadlines.
Where we accept instructions, we confirm the scope of work and fees in writing, identify the supporting evidence required and keep you informed as the matter progresses.

A careful, structured process
1. Initial assessment
Your first consultation is free and lasts up to 30 minutes. We listen to your circumstances, identify the main issues and explain the appropriate next step. A conflict check may be required before detailed advice can be provided.
2. Clear advice
We explain the available route, key evidence, likely timescale, costs and risks. No solicitor can guarantee the outcome of an application or appeal.
3. Preparation and representation
If instructed, we agree the work in writing, help organise the evidence and prepare the application, representations or appeal within the agreed scope.
4. Ongoing support
We explain correspondence, keep you updated and advise on the next step when a decision is received.
Fees and timescales
Fees depend on the immigration route, complexity, urgency and volume of evidence involved. Before work begins, you will receive written costs information explaining the agreed service, VAT where applicable and foreseeable third-party costs.
Home Office processing times and government charges can change. We will explain the current information relevant to your matter and any known deadlines.
